I have the Jucolor 9012 and was printing in 2 days and had itinto full production in less than a week. Any questions I have had have been responded to immediately. I have the Ricoh 4 head setup with 8 colors and the print quality blows away my other printer which was from a U.S. distributor.

Mr. Michael Moore share their experiences using Epson and Ricoh printheads:

Have you looked into Jucolor printers that use Ricoh printheads? I have a Compress 1200 printer equipped with an Epson printhead, and the print quality is very poor, and the maintenance costs are very high. Furthermore, it cannot complete white and color printing in a single pass. I recommend a configuration with 3 or 4 Ricoh printheads. I own both of the printers mentioned above, and I can say that buying the Compress printer with the Epson DX5 printhead was a painful lesson, teaching me which products are not worth buying.

It's difficult to see the difference in photos, but the images printed by the Epson printer have streaks, and the colors are not vibrant enough. The printed output itself also has a streaky texture and is not smooth. The actual difference in quality is night and day.

Excellent adhesion:

These are glass products. I've had adhesion problems before, but I've been testing an adhesion promoter from the supplier Jucolor, and so far everything is going well. I still have 4000 of these glass ornaments, and I'm happy to be able to use them again.

The ink has very little odor and is of excellent quality:

My studio is 20 x 20 feet, and I have Jucolor printing equipment installed in it, but I don't find the smell unpleasant at all. I have two printers in my studio. The ink from my previous printer had a very strong and pungent smell, so I switched inks. Jucolor's ink doesn't smell bad at all. My wife is very sensitive to smells, but even she can tolerate it. You can install a bathroom exhaust fan to keep the air circulating.
