There are six main types of UV printing Primers on the market,
which is suitable for you, need to according to what you print
1. Glass Primer:
▲ Applicable Materials: Acrylic, tempered glass, glazed ceramic tiles, crystal, etc.
▲ Characteristics and Usage: Available in quick-drying and baking types. Quick-drying types can be printed after wiping and letting them sit for about 10 minutes; baking types require oven-baking and cooling before printing.
2. PP Primter:
▲ Applicable Materials: Hard PP (which typically has poor natural adhesion).
3. Metal Primter:
▲ Applicable Materials: Aluminum, copper plate, tinplate, aluminum alloy, etc.
Key Point: Must be used on finished metal parts. Do not use before stamping, injection molding, or other molding processes, as this will significantly reduce the effect.
4. Leather Primter:
▲ Applicable Materials: Genuine leather, artificial leather, PVC leather, PU leather, etc.
▲ Usage: Spray on the leather surface and allow to dry naturally before printing.
5. ABS Primter:
▲ Applicable Materials: Wood, PVC, ABS plastic, gypsum board, thickened kraft paper, acrylic, PS board, etc.
▲ Usage: Wipe the coating clean and allow to dry naturally before printing.
6. Silicone Primter:
▲ Applicable Materials: Silicone and rubber (which have low surface activity and poor natural adhesion).
▲ Key Pretreatment: Flame treatment is required to activate the surface. The effectiveness of this treatment depends on experience.
▲ Usage Precautions: Do not spray too thickly, otherwise it will be difficult to fully cure (bake).
Key Point: The silicone coating process requires a closed spraying workshop, which may cause pollution and may not pass local environmental protection laws.
