We upgraded from a very small desktop UV printer to the CJ-UV3560 A3 size printer. The salesperson guided us through the purchase and answered all of our pre-sales questions promptly. The CJ-UV3560 is a very good industrial printer for commercial use. The product shipped on time, but ocean shipping is slower, please allow plenty of time. The shipping box is very durable and protects the printer. After unboxing, we contacted Jucolor via WhatsApp and scheduled a series of 2-hour training sessions. Jucolor technicians are always on call, knowledgeable and helpful. We have used UV printers and their associated software before, which was helpful. Soon the printer was up and running and printing for our customers. Very happy with the print quality!
